If you are a fan of green vegetable , try this recipe is easy to make and does not take time at all to make it.of cauce is so healthy food and yummy and is full of flavours. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pounds chinese broccoli ( Gai lan)
  • 2 cup pork tenderloin
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Peel garlic, wash dirt and then mince garlic
  2. Discard hard leave and yellow of chinese broccoil , wash and pat dry, then cut leaves in to 2-3 length, peel stems skin, and slice into a small pieces.
  3. Clean pork and slice into a small pieces
  4. heat it in a wok on medium-high heat, when oil hot, add garlic fry until fragrant, then add sliced pork. stir-fry until the pork is getting cook.
  5. Add chinese broccoli and oyster sauce, stir-fryuntil chinese broccoli are getting sofe then remove the heat
  6. Place chinese broccoli with oyter sauce on a plate and serve wit rice aside

This recipe can be cook with beef, pork , seafood or you cook with out any meat.

This recipe is good and healthy . Is one of my favorite and i can have everyday i never get tired of it, or you can make in a big pot and keep. also it really good if you thinking want lose weight.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams shelled prawns
  • 1 cup of one of the following: cauliflower, sponge gourd-ivy guard leaves, baby corn
  • 1/2 cup sweet basil leaves

Ingredients spice mixture

  • 10 pepper corns
  • 10 shallots
  • 1 tbsp. shrimp paste
  • 1/2 cup dried shrimp or fish
  • 2-3 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 4 cups stock or water

Preparation

  1. Place spice mixture ingredients in a mortar and pound until mixed thoroughly.
  2. Add spice mixture to soup stock or water in a pot and heat to boiling. stirring to prevent sticking. Do not cover the pot or allow boil over.
  3. Wash the vegetables. Peel the gourd, and cut into 1 1/2 inch strips, cut the cauliflower and baby corn into bite size.
  4. When the water boil, add fish sauce. add prawns, vegetables and boil. When vegetables are done, taste and add fish sauce or salt as desired, then remove from heat.

  Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. shrimp paste, roasted until fragrant
  • 1tsp. hot chilli, stems removed
  • 1 tsbp. choped peeld garlic cloves
  • 2-3 tbsp. sugar
  •  3 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice

  Preparation

  1. Place the garlic and shrimp paste in a mortar and pound until thorughly mixed. add dried shrimp and poundto mix in. add hot chilli and sugar, fish sauce, and lime juiceto taste.
  2. Serve with vegetable, such as winged beans, string beans, bamboo shoot, gord gourd leaves, or water mimosa, boiled and topped with coconut cream, or with fresh vegetables, such as cucumber, eggplant, wing bean, or long eggplant fried with egg.
  3. Accompanies fried mackerel.
