<p>Ingredients</p>

<p>Preparation</p>
<ol>
<li>Peel garlic, wash dirt and then mince garlic</li>
<li>Discard hard leave and yellow of chinese broccoil , wash and pat dry, then cut leaves in to 2-3 length, peel stems skin, and slice into a small pieces.</li>
<li>Clean pork and slice into a small pieces</li>
<li>heat it in a wok on medium-high heat, when oil hot, add garlic fry until fragrant, then add sliced pork. stir-fry until the pork is getting cook.</li>
<li>Add chinese broccoli and oyster sauce, stir-fryuntil chinese broccoli are getting sofe then remove the heat</li>
<li>Place chinese broccoli with oyter sauce on a plate and serve wit rice aside</li>
</ol>
<p>This recipe can be cook with beef, pork , seafood or you cook with out any meat.</p>

<p>Ingredients</p>
<ul>
<li>2 1/2 cup cook rice</li>
<li>200 gram ground pork</li>
<li>1/2 holy basil leaves</li>
<li>1 red and green spur chili</li>
<li>3 yellow spur chillies</li>
<li>1tsp.sugar</li>
<li>1 tbsp. garlic</li>
<li>1 tsp. fish sauce</li>
<li>3 tbsp cooking oil</li>
<li>1/2 cup oil (for fry the basil leaves)</li>
<li>1 boiled salt egg(optional), shelled and cut in pieces</li>
</ul>
<p>Preparation</p>
<ol>
<li>Heat the 1/2 cup of oil in wok. when hot, put in basil leaves, fry until crisp, remove from the oil, and set aside to drain.</li>
<li>Pound the yellow chillies and garlic together until well ground. cut the red and green chili diagonally into thin slices,</li>
<li>Heat the 3 tbsp. of oil in a wok. when hot, stir fry the yellow chillies-garlic mixture until fragrant, then,put in the pork and stir fry, seasoning with the fish sauce and sugar, next add the rice and continue stir frying.</li>
<li>When the rice is about done, add the sliced red and green chillies and mix thoroughly.</li>
<li>Place the fried basil leaves on place, dip the rice onto basil leaves. serve with salt egg.</li>
</ol>

<ul>
<li>2 long eggplants</li>
<li>1/4 cup ground pork</li>
<li>3 shelled scalded prawns</li>
<li>2 tbsp. mint leaves</li>

<p>Inggredients for the dressting</p>
<ul>
<li>2 tsp. sliced hot chilli</li>
<li>3 tbsp. sliced shallot</li>
<li>2-3 tbsp. fish sauce</li>
<li>1/4 cup lime juice</li>
<li>1 tbsp. sugar</li>
</ul>
<p>Preparaton</p>
<ol>
<li>Mix the ingredients for the dressing together</li>
<li>Roast the eggplant over a hot charcoal fire, turning regularly, until soft throughout. Peel the eggplant and then slice into secions.</li>
<li>Add prawn, pork, then add the dressing and toss gently mix</li>
<li>Dip out into a platter, sprinkle with mint leaves and serve</li>

<li>Peel garlic, wash dirt, cut into a small pieces and well pound with whole pepper-corn</li>
<li>In mixing bowl , mix cut pork with pounded garlic and pepper, then season with thin soy sauce, seasoning soy sauce, palm sugar, 3 tbsp. coconut cream. mix all ingredients thoroughly, refrigerate, and allow to marinate for 3 hour or over night.</li>
<li>After marinated time, thread 3-4 pieces of pork on to bamboo skewer, (place 2 inches long bamboo skewers in enough water to cover for at least 30 minutes) Meanwhile ,  turn on oven at 350</li>
<li>Place the skewers on grill rack, brush remaining coconut cream all over eash pork , put in oven</li>
<li>Grill in oven for 15 minutes, turn the skewers over, brush the coconut cream again and continue grilling about 15 minutes, turn the skewer over again brush with coconut cream or until the pork is browned on all sides. remove from oven.</li>
<li>Serve with sticky rice</li>

<li>1/2 cup wheat flour paste(mix2 tbsp.wheat flour in 1/4cup water and stirring over low heat)</li>

<p>          Quick and easy spicy salad will bring great taste to your meal</p>
<p>   Ingredients</p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 stick pork roll</li>
<li>2 green lettuce leaves</li>
<li>1/4 onion</li>
<li>1 green onion</li>
<li>1 tomato</li>
<li>1tbsp lime juice</li>
<li>1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce</li>
<li>1 1/2 sugar</li>
<li>1/2 ground dried  chillies</li>
<li>3 cup water</li>
</ul>
<p>Preparation</p>
<ol>
<li>cut pork roll in quarter  and slice into 1/4 thick</li>
<li>pour 3 cup of water in a pot, bring to boil on high heat add slice pork ,scald about 3</li>
<li>mix lime juice,thin soy sauce,sugar and ground dried chillies in mixing bowl, stir well and taste for your own flavour</li>
<li>peel onion,finely slice onion, coarsely chop oregano plant and green onion. Nowcut tomato in quarters remove seeds and dice.</li>
<li>In a large mixing bowl place sliced pork, all vegetables, and stir in dressing.</li>
<li>Spoon the salad onto a bed of green lettuce, leave arranged on a plate and serve immediately.</li>

<p>           Ingredients</p>

<li>300 grams rice noodles</li>
<li>5 shelled prawns,3eggs</li>
<li>1 cake soybean curd, cut into a small slivers,1 lemon, 50 grams shopped pickled white radish</li>
<li>500 grams bean sprouts</li>
<li>1/2 cup ground roasted peanuts</li>
<li>1tsp. ground dried chillies</li>
<li>1tbsp.choped shallots</li>
<li>1tbsp. choped garlic, 4 tbsp. sugar</li>
<li>4 tbsp.tamrind juice or vinegar</li>
<li>3 tbsp. fish sauce</li>
<li>1/2 cooking oil        </li>
</ul>
<p>           Preparation</p>
<ol>
<li>Heat 3 tbsp. oil in frying pan and saute garlic and shallots. when yellowed, add noodles with just enough water to soften them and fry, turning constantly with spatula to prevent sticking. then move noodles to the sideof the pan</li>
<li>put 3 tbsp. oil into pan when hot, fry the prawn (pork ,chicken) pickled`white radish, bean curd, and dried chillies, sugar, tamarind juice or vinegar and fish sauce and then return the noodles mix thoroughly, and move to the side.</li>
<li>Put 2tbsp. oil into pan. when heated, break eggsin to pan and scramble with spatula, spreading eggs in thin layer over the pan. when set, return the noodle and mix together.Add half the bean sprouts and the chinese leek leaves and turn to mix together.</li>
<li>spoon onto plates and sprinkle with ground peanuts. Serve with bean sprouts.</li>
</ol>
<p>           Tip. Phad thai usually serves with fresh vegetable such as bean sprouts, chinese leek leaves</p>
