This simple dish that is quick to make and prepare, it served with rice, prepare all of the ingredients first including the rice, it originates from central Thailand and is really spicy dish. if you are not a hot person just has to add less of the chili.

This is probably one of the simplest  Thai dishes to make, with Halloween coming and you will think what should i do with the pumpkin after the Halloween day. try this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Pumpkin
  • 70 gems pork mince
  • 2 tbsp. Thai yellow curry paste
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. oil

Preparation

  1. Clean  and chop-Pumpkin into a bite size pieces
  2. Put oil-into a pan over medium heat, chop the garlic add to the oil and fry a few seconds
  3. Add curry paste coconut milk, stir it until the curry is mixed with coconut
  4. Roll a pieces of the pork mince into a small ball and add to the pan
  5. Add the sugar , soy sauce and water and fry till the pumpkin is cook
  6. serve with rice

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pounds chinese broccoli ( Gai lan)
  • 2 cup pork tenderloin
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Peel garlic, wash dirt and then mince garlic
  2. Discard hard leave and yellow of chinese broccoil , wash and pat dry, then cut leaves in to 2-3 length, peel stems skin, and slice into a small pieces.
  3. Clean pork and slice into a small pieces
  4. heat it in a wok on medium-high heat, when oil hot, add garlic fry until fragrant, then add sliced pork. stir-fry until the pork is getting cook.
  5. Add chinese broccoli and oyster sauce, stir-fryuntil chinese broccoli are getting sofe then remove the heat
  6. Place chinese broccoli with oyter sauce on a plate and serve wit rice aside

This recipe can be cook with beef, pork , seafood or you cook with out any meat.

Been a couple day that i did not put the recipe on the the web page, this week i has a cranky baby all week but anyway today i would like to chair how to prepare the rice if you been steam it and has left  a lots  because you will think what should i do in the next day. try this

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup cook rice
  • 200 gram ground pork
  • 1/2 holy basil leaves
  • 1 red and green spur chili
  • 3 yellow spur chillies
  • 1tsp.sugar
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup oil (for fry the basil leaves)
  • 1 boiled salt egg(optional), shelled and cut in pieces

Preparation

  1. Heat the 1/2 cup of oil in wok. when hot, put in basil leaves, fry until crisp, remove from the oil, and set aside to drain.
  2. Pound the yellow chillies and garlic together until well ground. cut the red and green chili diagonally into thin slices,
  3. Heat the 3 tbsp. of oil in a wok. when hot, stir fry the yellow chillies-garlic mixture until fragrant, then,put in the pork and stir fry, seasoning with the fish sauce and sugar, next add the rice and continue stir frying.
  4. When the rice is about done, add the sliced red and green chillies and mix thoroughly.
  5. Place the fried basil leaves on place, dip the rice onto basil leaves. serve with salt egg.

       Today i come up with simple and easy recipe, It only a few ingredients that we use and easy to  preparaton. we call Yum ma-kheua yao. Follow the simple intructions and learn how to make the best eggplant salad, you have ever tried!

        Ingredients

  • 2 long eggplants
  • 1/4 cup ground pork
  • 3 shelled scalded prawns
  • 2 tbsp. mint leaves

Inggredients for the dressting

  • 2 tsp. sliced hot chilli
  • 3 tbsp. sliced shallot
  • 2-3 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Preparaton

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together
  2. Roast the eggplant over a hot charcoal fire, turning regularly, until soft throughout. Peel the eggplant and then slice into secions.
  3. Add prawn, pork, then add the dressing and toss gently mix
  4. Dip out into a platter, sprinkle with mint leaves and serve

Popular thai style bbq pork or Mu ping in Thai name, That taste great with steamed sticky rice.

Ingredients

  • 600 g. pork collar
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. whole peppercorn
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. seasoning soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1/3 cup. coconut cream

Preparation

  1. Wash pork, pat dry and cut in to 2 inches width, 1/4 in. thick
  2. Peel garlic, wash dirt, cut into a small pieces and well pound with whole pepper-corn
  3. In mixing bowl , mix cut pork with pounded garlic and pepper, then season with thin soy sauce, seasoning soy sauce, palm sugar, 3 tbsp. coconut cream. mix all ingredients thoroughly, refrigerate, and allow to marinate for 3 hour or over night.
  4. After marinated time, thread 3-4 pieces of pork on to bamboo skewer, (place 2 inches long bamboo skewers in enough water to cover for at least 30 minutes) Meanwhile , turn on oven at 350
  5. Place the skewers on grill rack, brush remaining coconut cream all over eash pork , put in oven
  6. Grill in oven for 15 minutes, turn the skewers over, brush the coconut cream again and continue grilling about 15 minutes, turn the skewer over again brush with coconut cream or until the pork is browned on all sides. remove from oven.
  7. Serve with sticky rice

    Ingredients

3 tbsp. creamy-style peanut butter

1/2 cup water

4 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp sugar

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

1 jalapeno pepper, minced

2 tsp butter or margarine

2 tbsp peanuts chopped fine

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

      Preparation

  1. a saucepan stir together the peanut butter and water. Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar. set aside
  2. In a mortar and pestle or blender, grind together the garlic, onion, and jalapeno pepper until you get a thin paste. If needed, Add 1 tbsp of water. Add this paste to peanut butter mixture and bring to a boil over low heat.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in butter , chopped peanuts, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve over Thai marinated pork.

    The egg roll is crunchy delicious and supper easy to make! The egg roll filling is made up of lots crispy vegetable. Marking this recipe a great choice for  appetizer or party food. Get your friend or family to help with roll up ,It fun to do .

    Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrapper ( look for them in freeze section of your local asian/chinese food store)
  • 1 cup chopped pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup finely sliced cabbage
  • 25 grams mungbean noodles
  • 1 cup finely slice carrot
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour paste(mix2 tbsp.wheat flour in 1/4cup water and stirring over low heat)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 3 cup cooking oil for frying
  • 1 cup sweet sauce

Preparation

  1. Soak noodles until soft, then cut into short lengths mixed pork, egg, cabbage, carrot and light soy sauce and noodle together
  2. Fry the pork and noodle mixture fry until fairly dry, then dip up.(if you prefer you can just put fresh ingredients together)
  3. Place a tbsp. of filling on an spring roll sheet, fold the sheet over the filling,roll about half a turn, fold in the end to close them, the roll up lightly, with wheat flour paste or egg yoke
  4. Deep fry low heat until crisp and golden brown
  5. Serve with sweet sauce

          Quick and easy spicy salad will bring great taste to your meal

   Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick pork roll
  • 2 green lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 sugar
  • 1/2 ground dried  chillies
  • 3 cup water

Preparation

  1. cut pork roll in quarter  and slice into 1/4 thick
  2. pour 3 cup of water in a pot, bring to boil on high heat add slice pork ,scald about 3
  3. mix lime juice,thin soy sauce,sugar and ground dried chillies in mixing bowl, stir well and taste for your own flavour
  4. peel onion,finely slice onion, coarsely chop oregano plant and green onion. Nowcut tomato in quarters remove seeds and dice.
  5. In a large mixing bowl place sliced pork, all vegetables, and stir in dressing.
  6. Spoon the salad onto a bed of green lettuce, leave arranged on a plate and serve immediately.

           Ingredients

  • 300 grams rice noodles
  • 5 shelled prawns,3eggs
  • 1 cake soybean curd, cut into a small slivers,1 lemon, 50 grams shopped pickled white radish
  • 500 grams bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup ground roasted peanuts
  • 1tsp. ground dried chillies
  • 1tbsp.choped shallots
  • 1tbsp. choped garlic, 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tbsp.tamrind juice or vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1/2 cooking oil        

           Preparation

  1. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in frying pan and saute garlic and shallots. when yellowed, add noodles with just enough water to soften them and fry, turning constantly with spatula to prevent sticking. then move noodles to the sideof the pan
  2. put 3 tbsp. oil into pan when hot, fry the prawn (pork ,chicken) pickled`white radish, bean curd, and dried chillies, sugar, tamarind juice or vinegar and fish sauce and then return the noodles mix thoroughly, and move to the side.
  3. Put 2tbsp. oil into pan. when heated, break eggsin to pan and scramble with spatula, spreading eggs in thin layer over the pan. when set, return the noodle and mix together.Add half the bean sprouts and the chinese leek leaves and turn to mix together.
  4. spoon onto plates and sprinkle with ground peanuts. Serve with bean sprouts.

           Tip. Phad thai usually serves with fresh vegetable such as bean sprouts, chinese leek leaves
