This simple dish that is quick to make and prepare, it served with rice, prepare all of the ingredients first including the rice, it originates from central Thailand and is really spicy dish. if you are not a hot person just has to add less of the chili.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1/2 cup basil leave
  • 3 tsp.soy sause
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 red chilli
  • 1 tsbp. oyster
  • 1 tsp.sugar

Stir fried  rice  is great way to use up meal from leftover rice but  just because it  is meal  meal  mead from leftover doesn’t mean it can be good or tasty!. You can substitute pork or fish,whatever you have on hand.

Ingredients

2 Cup cooked rice

1/2 cup  chop chicken breast to a small pieces

1 red pepper

1  Teaspoon  garlic mince

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1/2 cup broccoli

3 teaspoon oil

Preparation

1 chop the garlic  and fry with a little oil

2 chop pork into a small bite sized pieces and put into the frying pan to cook for 2 minutes.

3 Add the broccoli stir until the broccoli half cook half done and then add the rice and fry until its warmed though.

4 chop the pepper , onion into a tiny piece.

5 put red pepper , onion, fish sauce, sugar, into a frying pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring to mix.

6 Add a little coriander to garnish.

Serve with cucumber, tomato.

If you a fan of seafood try  this recipe , Quick and simple in Thai name we call Phu pud prick thai dum.

Ingredients

  • 1 big crab
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1 tbsp cilantro root
  • 1 tbsp. oyster  sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. thin soy sauce

Preparation

  1. clean the crab real good and then chop in a sized pieces
  2. put the oil into a pan over a medium heat add garlic and fry with oil for a few seconds.
  3. add the crab into the pan and then continue to stir fry  until the crab is half cook half  done, add thin soy sauce , oyster sauce, sugar and then black pepper.continue to stir until the crab is cook.
  4. serve with rice as the aside.

This is probably one of the simplest  Thai dishes to make, with Halloween coming and you will think what should i do with the pumpkin after the Halloween day. try this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Pumpkin
  • 70 gems pork mince
  • 2 tbsp. Thai yellow curry paste
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. oil

Preparation

  1. Clean  and chop-Pumpkin into a bite size pieces
  2. Put oil-into a pan over medium heat, chop the garlic add to the oil and fry a few seconds
  3. Add curry paste coconut milk, stir it until the curry is mixed with coconut
  4. Roll a pieces of the pork mince into a small ball and add to the pan
  5. Add the sugar , soy sauce and water and fry till the pumpkin is cook
  6. serve with rice

This one of my favorite.is the stir-fry bokchoy with garlic even the bokchoy has been cook but  the bokchoy is still crunchy and has a lot of the flavours when you add oyster sauce with garlic to it, try this my recipe and i hope you will like it too.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pounds bokchoy
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Preparation

  1. Peel garlic and chop finely
  2. Discard yellow leaves of bokchoy, wash and pat dry, then cut it and half
  3. Heat oil in wok on medium- high heat, when oil hot, add garlic fry until fragrant and then add sliced of bokchoy and oyster sauce ,soy sauce, sugar, pepper, salt just to taste, stir-fry until bokchoy half cook half done, then remove  the heat
  4. put on the plate and serve with rice aside

  • 3/4 pounds chinese broccoli ( Gai lan)
  • 2 cup pork tenderloin
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Peel garlic, wash dirt and then mince garlic
  2. Discard hard leave and yellow of chinese broccoil , wash and pat dry, then cut leaves in to 2-3 length, peel stems skin, and slice into a small pieces.
  3. Clean pork and slice into a small pieces
  4. heat it in a wok on medium-high heat, when oil hot, add garlic fry until fragrant, then add sliced pork. stir-fry until the pork is getting cook.
  5. Add chinese broccoli and oyster sauce, stir-fryuntil chinese broccoli are getting sofe then remove the heat
  6. Place chinese broccoli with oyter sauce on a plate and serve wit rice aside

This recipe can be cook with beef, pork , seafood or you cook with out any meat.

This is probably one of the simplest Thai dish to make.Is mixture of Thai spicy tuna salad to make Thai sandwich with Thai flavours.

Ingredients

  • 2 can light tuna packed in water
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, tomato
  • 2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/4 garlic power
  • 1/2 salt, pepper or to taste

Preparation

  1. Drain the tuna well, turn it into a big bowl and break it up with a fork.
  2. Chopped all the vegetable, and then mix all of ingredients together
  3. Spoon the tuna salad onto the whole wheat bread and serve

Ingredients

  • 1 cup  shred green apple
  • 1 tomato cut to bite pieces
  • 2-3 clove garlic
  • 5 chilli
  • 2 tsp, dried shrimp
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Preparation

  1. Peel apple skin, thinly slice, and shred. soak in cold salted water for 5 minutes to prevent oxidation, drain, rinse in cold water, pat dry and set aside.
  2. Ground dried shrimps, then prepare dressing by mixing lime juice soy sauce sugar and slice chili a mixing bowl.Taste for your own flavor.
  3. In the large bowl mix shredded apple, ground dried shrimps and dressing, then mix thoroughly.
  4. Put the salad in serving bowl with cucumber on the side.

This salad is so popular  dish, most of the time it so spicy when you eat in restaurant but you can also ask for not hot, if you did not ask always end up with a red lip after you has this meal. With  this recipe and you can prepare to your own taste!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup shredded green papaya
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2-3 fresh chillies (you can put more if you eat hot is depend)
  • 2 tbsp. roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp dried shrimp

Preparation

  1. Peel green papaya skin, cut in half., and shred it.
  2. Cut tomato into pieces, cut chilli and garlic in to small pieces, then well pound in mortar. add dry shrimps pound until soft then roasted peanuts and gently pound.
  3. Add tomato, gently crush and mix thoroughly
  4. Mix lime juice ,soy sauce, and sugar in a mixing bowl, taste for sweet, salty and sour flavour. In large bowl mix the shredded papaya, pounded ingredients, and prepared dressing, stir thoroughly.
  5. Spoon onto a plate, served with fresh vegetable and sticky rice

Ingredients

  • 300 grams pork loin
  • 6 peeled garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp. fried garlic
  • 1 minced coriander root
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
  • 2 tsp. fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the pork and then cut it into thin slice.
  2. Pound the coriander root, garlic, and pepper until well ground and thoroughly mixed. toss the pork slice in this mixture, add the fish sauce, toss once again, and then set aside to marinate for half an hour.
  3. Heat the oil in wok. when hot, put in the pork and fry golden brown; then remove from the wok. Place on plate with rice, and garnish with thin slices of red spur chili
