Stir fried  rice  is great way to use up meal from leftover rice but  just because it  is meal  meal  mead from leftover doesn’t mean it can be good or tasty!. You can substitute pork or fish,whatever you have on hand.

Ingredients

2 Cup cooked rice

1/2 cup  chop chicken breast to a small pieces

1 red pepper

1  Teaspoon  garlic mince

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1/2 cup broccoli

3 teaspoon oil

Preparation

1 chop the garlic  and fry with a little oil

2 chop pork into a small bite sized pieces and put into the frying pan to cook for 2 minutes.

3 Add the broccoli stir until the broccoli half cook half done and then add the rice and fry until its warmed though.

4 chop the pepper , onion into a tiny piece.

5 put red pepper , onion, fish sauce, sugar, into a frying pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring to mix.

6 Add a little coriander to garnish.

Serve with cucumber, tomato.

This is the another snacks  dish, most people love to has it when they has the beer or to cut through the alcohol. Is spicy dish make with pork mince or chicken mince and spicy onion to add the strong flavors.

Ingredients

1  cup chicken or pork mince

100 gms glass noodle

50 gms peanut

1   Teaspoon bird chilles

2    Teaspoon fish sauce

2     Teaspoon coriander

1    Spring onion

2   Teaspoon lemon juice

1/2  Teaspoon sugar

1/2 Cup water

1   Teaspoon salt

2   Garlic cloves

Preparation

1      Boil the water to boiling add the salt  and chop the garlic add into the  pan.

2      When the water is boiling is boiling add the pork mince and glass noddle ( The glass noodle need  to sake  in the water about 10-15 minute) and steamer for 3 minutes, Then pour out half of the  water.

3       Chop the chilles, spring onion and coriander into the pot with glass noodles.

4       Toast the peanuts in a dry frying pan to bring our flavour.

5       Add the fish sauce , sugar, lemon juice, and peanuts and then mix.

Serve with lettuce or tomato.]

These pancakes are a Thai favorite and very rich, There are so many types of filling, i had make the taro filling but you can make  cream filling or shredded young coconut. Prepare the filling before you start the pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2-3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup of milk

Preparation

  1. Sift the flour mix and baking soda together
  2. whip eggs until fluffy, add sugar salt and blend, add evaporated milk, flour, butter and vanilla and continue blending, leave it 5 minutes to rest
  3. you will need a flat non stick frying pan, a little butter while frying can help
  4. heat the fry pan, pour a small amount of the mixture onto the pan and use a spoon to shape it into a circle and fill any holes
  5. fry gently until the pancake is brown, then turn it over, while the other side is cooking spread some of filling onto the pancake, then roll it up and set it on a serving plate, serve warm.
