<p>Ingredients</p>

<p>1 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>2-3 tablespoon. tamarind juice</p>
<p>preparation</p>
<p>1  place coconut milk into pot with the ham and fermented rice and heat to boiling .</p>
<p>2 add salt, tamarind juice, and sugar to taste.</p>
<p>3 add the shallots and spur chili. when the sauce come to boil. remove from heat.</p>
<p>Serve with fresh vegetables such as cucumber, cabbage,string beans and lettuce</p>

<li>Remove from the heat and stir in butter , chopped peanuts, salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Serve over Thai marinated pork.</li>
