Ingredients
- 8 bananas
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
- Peel the banana and chop 2 in/5 cm segments
- In sauce pan, heat the coconut milk with sugar and salt, cook gently until the sugar dissolved
- Add the banana pieces and cook gently for 5 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into 4-6 small bowls and serve warm.
